Cancellation Policy

1. **Booking Process** - **Availability**: Mentees can view and select available time slots through the provided booking calendar. Availability is updated regularly. - **Confirmation**: After booking a session, mentees will receive a confirmation email with details of the session, including date, time, and platform information. 2. **Payment Requirements** - **Prepayment**: All sessions must be paid in full at the time of booking to secure the appointment.
