Cancellation Policy
1. **Booking Process** - **Availability**: Mentees can view and select available time slots through the provided booking calendar. Availability is updated regularly. - **Confirmation**: After booking a session, mentees will receive a confirmation email with details of the session, including date, time, and platform information. 2. **Payment Requirements** - **Prepayment**: All sessions must be paid in full at the time of booking to secure the appointment. Accepted payment methods include [list payment methods]. - **Receipts**: A receipt will be sent to the email address provided during the booking process. 3. **Cancellation and Rescheduling** - **Cancellation Policy**: Mentees may cancel their booking up to 48 hours before the scheduled session for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session will not be eligible for a refund. - **Rescheduling Policy**: Mentees can reschedule their session if they notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Rescheduling can be done through the booking calendar. 4. **No-Show Policy** - **No-Show**: If a mentee fails to attend a scheduled session without prior notification, the session will be marked as a “no-show,” and no refund will be issued. 5. **Session Duration** - **Time Commitment**: Each session will last for [X] minutes/hours.
